TREE REMOVAL SERVICES
Complete Tree Removal Services, From Assessment to Cleanup
Tree condition, access, nearby structures and the requested cleanup scope all shape the work. We define the right service and cleanup plan during your estimate.
Standard Tree Removal
For unwanted, overgrown or poorly located trees that no longer fit the property or its intended use.
Dead & Dying Tree Removal
For severely declining trees where continued deterioration may make the work more complicated over time.
Hazardous Tree Removal
Carefully planned removal where instability, decay, structural concerns or nearby property raise the stakes.
Storm-Damaged Tree Removal
Help for split, leaning, uprooted or fallen trees and large limbs after severe weather.
Stump Grinding
Grinding the remaining stump below the surrounding surface to the depth agreed in your written estimate.
Stump & Surface-Root Cleanup
Surface-root work and removal of grindings can be included when those items are clearly defined in the estimate.
BEFORE WORK BEGINS
A removal plan should begin with an assessment.
Removing a tree involves more than choosing where it should fall. We look at the tree’s condition and structure, then account for access, nearby buildings, landscaping and the work requested after removal.
Tree health and visible signs of decline
Trunk, limbs, structure and stability
Visible cavities, decay or disease indicators
Buildings, vehicles, landscaping and neighboring property
Site access, clearance and equipment needs

What our customers say
WHEN REMOVAL MAY BE APPROPRIATE
Clear reasons. Site-specific decisions.
Removal is not the answer to every tree concern. An evaluation helps determine whether removal, treatment, pruning or monitoring is the more appropriate next step.
×
Dead or severely declining
Advanced decline, major dieback or extensive decay can change what is practical for the tree and the property.
△
Structurally compromised
Cracks, splits, uprooting, sudden leaning or storm damage can require prompt attention and careful planning.
↔
An ongoing location conflict
A tree may interfere with the intended use of a space, access, construction or nearby property.
✓
Evaluation supports removal
When the cause or urgency is unclear, diagnostics can clarify the concern before a final decision.
24/7 EMERGENCY TREE SERVICE
Storm damage or a fallen tree?
Keep people away from the affected area and call when a fallen tree, damaged limb or unstable tree needs urgent attention. Parker Tree Service answers emergency tree calls 24 hours a day.
!
Act safely first
If a damaged tree is touching or near a downed power line, stay clear. Contact the utility provider and emergency services before approaching.
STUMP GRINDING & CLEANUP
Define what happens after the tree comes down.
Tree removal does not automatically include stump removal. If you want the stump, surface roots or grindings addressed, those items should be specified in your estimate.
Stump grinding
Reduces the stump below the surrounding surface to the depth agreed in the estimate.
Surface roots and grindings
Agreed surface roots may be addressed, and removal of grindings can be included when specified.
Know what is included
Stump grinding does not remove the entire underground root system. Grindings are normally left on site unless the estimate specifies removal. Confirm grinding depth, surface-root work and cleanup before work begins.
WHAT TO EXPECT

Your written estimate defines the recommended work and the requested stump and cleanup scope before the job is scheduled.

NOT SURE REMOVAL IS THE ANSWER?
Start with tree diagnostics.
If you have noticed decline, decay, unusual growth or changes after a storm, an evaluation can help clarify whether treatment, pruning, monitoring or removal is the right next step.

How do I know whether a tree needs to be removed?
Removal may be recommended when a tree is dead, severely declining, structurally unstable, badly damaged or poorly located. An on-site evaluation is the best place to start because the cause and level of concern are not always clear from the ground.
Can you remove trees close to homes or other structures?
Yes. These sites require careful planning around the tree’s condition, access, nearby structures and landscaping. The estimate should define the recommended approach and work scope.
Do you provide emergency tree service?
Parker Tree Service answers emergency tree calls 24 hours a day. If a tree or limb is near a downed power line, stay clear and contact the utility provider and emergency services before approaching.
Is stump grinding included with tree removal?
Not automatically. Stump grinding is a separate scope item and should be included in the written estimate when requested.
Does stump grinding remove the entire root system?
No. Grinding reduces the stump to an agreed depth but does not remove the entire underground root system. Surface-root work can be discussed separately.
Do you serve homes and businesses?
Yes. Parker Tree Service provides residential and commercial tree removal throughout Boise and the Treasure Valley. Free estimates are available.
